Subject: No Refund Policy for EPIC Kidz Sports and Tumbling Programs

Dear Families,

We would like to remind you of our no-refund policy for the EPIC Kidz after-school sports and tumbling programs. Due to the costs associated with staffing, insurance, equipment and a reserved spot for your child

we are unable to issue refunds once a participant

is enrolled and, in our program.

However, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such situations, we are willing to review requests on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable solution non-monetary policy.
